Action Acting
aka...Physical Dialogue for Actors
The AD yells: "racing the light! Got to go! Let's get it!!!
That means some actor can't hit their mark and or perform a little bit of physical dialogue. That's when the editor ends up with very little footage to work with. Guess which scene is dropped from the episode and or film?!...
Let's work together and keep you in frame, safe and dynamic!
Program Director: Carroll Schumacher
Action Acting is for any actor that might have to slap someone, point a gun, flash a knife, run with a weapon, or just hit your mark. Education includes camera angles, terminology, concepts and principals. Plus what to do and what not to do on set.
Action Acting is not a stunt program.
It is an acting class that specializes in rolls involving action scenes. Actors are taught the abc’s of action acting.
